By booking a service with ST Gardening Services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
All work will be carried out as agreed during the booking or quotation process. Any additional work requested on the day may be subject to extra charges.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the job requires more time, labour, or materials. Any changes will be discussed with you before work continues.
3. Payments
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer or cash. Late payments may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the quoted price.
5. Access to Property
You must ensure safe and clear access to the garden or work area. If access is not possible on arrival, a call‑out fee may apply.
6. Waste Removal
Garden waste will be bagged and left on site unless waste removal is included in the quote. Additional charges apply for disposal.
7. Weather Conditions
Work may be postponed in severe weather for safety reasons or to protect the quality of the job. We will rearrange your appointment as soon as possible.
8. Liability
We take care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for issues caused by hidden obstacles, poor ground conditions, or pre‑existing damage. Please inform us of any underground cables, pipes, or hazards.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure pets, children, and valuables are kept away from the work area. Accurate information about the job must be provided before work begins.
10. Complaints
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the work being completed. We will review the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
